1. Software Licensing (HWID)

Our digital products (Expert Advisors, Indicators) are licensed, not sold.

• Single User License: Each purchase grants a license for use on a specific number of trading accounts or devices, as specified in the product description.
• HWID Protection: Our software may use Hardware ID (HWID) locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorized distribution. You agree not to bypass, reverse engineer, or tamper with this protection.
• Account Locking: Licenses are often locked to specific MT4/MT5 account numbers. Requests to change account numbers are subject to our approval and fair use policy.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All content, software, code, algorithms, and materials provided by Investor Tipster are the intellectual property of Investor Tipster and are protected by copyright laws.

• You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or publish our software or signals.
• You may NOT decompile or reverse engineer our compiled files (.ex4/.ex5).
• Any violation of these IP rights will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and potential legal action.

3. Signal Services

Our trading signals are provided for educational purposes.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any signal.
• You are responsible for managing your own risk and lot sizes.
• Sharing our premium signals with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Any abusive behavior towards our support team or community members will not be tolerated.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investor Tipster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
