Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to Expert Advisors (EAs), Indicators, Scripts, and E-books, are final and non-refundable.

Reason: Unlike physical goods, digital software cannot be "returned." Once downloaded, the buyer has full access to the source code or compiled file, which cannot be retrieved by us.

2. Subscription Services (Signals & VPS)

  • Signals: Subscriptions for signal services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
  • VPS: VPS hosting fees are paid in advance to our server providers. Therefore, VPS payments are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven technical failure on our end that persists for more than 72 hours.

3. Exceptions (Technical Defects)

We may consider a refund request only under the following specific circumstances:

  • The software file is corrupt or technically defective, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 7 business days.
  • The product description was significantly misleading (subject to our review).

Note: "Market loss," "strategy didn't work as expected," or "I changed my mind" are NOT valid grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Bank) without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all licenses. We will submit this policy and your access logs as evidence to contest the chargeback.
